Bacon Wrapped Crab Stuffed Shrimp

Shrimp 16/20 – peeled and devein
1lb bacon
1lb lump crab meat
1 slightly beaten egg
1 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
½ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup Mayonnaise
¼ Tsp. garlic powder
Juice of ½ lemon


Partially cook bacon at 325 degrees for 6 minutes. Blend all ingredients, except shrimp and bacon. Stuff shrimp with crab mixture, and wrap with par cooked bacon; secure with tooth pick. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.

Pancetta Cream Sauce

Pancetta diced small 1 cup
Chopped garlic 2 Tablespoons
Chopped shallots 2 Tablespoons
Borsion Cheese 24 ounces
White wine 1 cup
Heavy cream 1 gallon
Chopped chives ½ cup
Salt and pepper to taste

Add a small amount of oil to the pan, once hot, add Pancetta and reduce heat. Cook for three to five minutes. Add garlic and shallots, cook about a minute and reduce with wine. Add cream and cheese, reduce half way. Add salt, pepper, and chives.

Fruit And Cream Pie

1 Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust (from 12-oz. pkg.)2 cups whipping cream 1/4 cup powdered sugar 3 Cups fresh fruit (strawberry slices, blueberries, kiwi fruit slices, peach slices or any combination)


•Prepare pie crust as directed on package for one-crust baked shell using 9-inch pie pan. Cool 30 minutes or until completely cooled.

•In large bowl, combine whipping cream and powdered sugar; beat until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in fruit. Spoon into cooled baked shell. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Store in refrigerator.
